Grievance Process

Step 1: Submit Your Complaint

Email with your registered name, account or pump details, description of the issue, and relevant transaction IDs or dates.

Step 2: Acknowledgement

You will receive acknowledgement within 48 business hours with a complaint reference number.

Step 3: Investigation and Resolution

Full resolution within 30 days. We will keep you informed on complex matters.

Step 4: Escalation

If not satisfied, escalate directly to the Grievance Officer. Further escalation to relevant regulatory authorities as per applicable law.

FuelON Bharat Private Limited is a technology platform. We do not provide banking or NBFC services. For credit decision grievances, we will review the assessment process and provide reasoning in accordance with our credit policy.
